Our BLS and Heartsaver® training courses are conducted at our office location at 2075 Diamond Blvd Suite H210 at the Veranda in Concord on both weekdays and weekends. Additionally, for larger groups, we offer a mobile option, where our instructors will travel to your business location. Whether it's your workplace, school, community center, or even your home, we'll bring the training to you, ensuring added convenience and accessibility.

Will I receive a CPR training manual or study materials before the course?

For the BLS Instructor-led training, each participant needs to bring their own provider manual/workbook (in eBook or textbook format) which can be purchased from the AHA website before the class. However, for the Blended Learning skill-based training, there's usually no need to bring the provider manual. All course material instructions will be provided via email prior to the class.

When do I receive my certification card?

Starting January 1st, 2018, the American Heart Association began issuing e-cards in place of paper certification cards. You should receive your e-card on the same day you complete the skills-based component of the training. Once claimed, you have the option to print your card. To learn how to claim your card, follow the instructions provided on the inside cover of the workbook you receive during your class.

Are your CPR certifications nationally recognized?

How often should I renew my CPR certification?

CPR certifications typically have an expiration date of every two years, and renewal requirements may vary depending on the type of certification you obtained . Our instructors will guide you on the recommended renewal timelines, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and guidelines.

I have a physical disability. Can I  still take a BLS course?

Yes, our BLS courses can reasonably accommodate individuals with physical disabilities. The AHA will not authorize any core curriculum changes in any course. Each student must be able to successfully perform all course requirements (skills and exams as indicated) to receive a course completion card. Please call us before booking so that we make the necessary accommodations.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to reschedule your CPR training course, we request 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session.
